Make sure the company has a legitimate business license, are giving contracted work, are mandating that people have to show their HIV and STD status. Learn the pay rate system for the work asked, is it boy/girl, girl/girl, multiple sex, fetish, anal, oral, each act has a specific pay scale, the more that is asked the more pay one should get.
