Mr. Copper: What's up Flixxx, Im going to keep it real with you there is a lot of division among the Urban Adult Entertainment Industry. Most talent in the Industry would rather deal with main street companies, and not deal with Urban companies. I and others in the Industry get a bad reputation when there are major companies that want to hire talent, paying a bit more yet using stereotyped content that could harm or reduce the earning power in the long run. Industry is a multi Billion dollar Beast,  it however seems that very few of the Urban Professionals are really financially established and vested as there White counterparts within this Industry why is that? Copper: We'll let's take for example the AVN Awards and The Urban X. AVNs are backed by multi million dollar industries. This gives sway fan base and content, Urban X does not have the capital backing thus less promotion, less affiliate sponsorship, less status as far as main street is concerned. Flixxx: This sponsorship and funding can it pressure the judges to show preferential treatment to certain performers. More so do judges receive gifts or compensation for being Judges and can this play into who gets nominated and who wins? Have you ever seen the rating scale by the AVNs? Copper: Well some of it is fan based, other info has to do with corporate contracts, and commercial funding that will back a talent and push the limit to get them out in the publics eye. Many Urban Professionals are not given access. So you have a lot of independent companies that are doing the best that they can. It's almost like a private citizen trying to go up against city hall. the Industry is maze of smoke and mirrors when it comes to equal opportunity.
