I got into the Industry by way of being a talent scout

I was working for a company named Standard Industry Booking. Prior the that I had been an exotic dancer, and before that I had went to college and had a multitude of trades from nursing, computer tech, cosmetology, and health care. I met Eda Boss in 2003, and started to get into the Industry making films this was in 2006. I felt I could Brand a name and image and make things happen for me. I had a lot of insight from being a dancer and talent scout, this helped me to start off right without having any management or legal problems. You see there are different phases when girls come into the industry (1). A Manager takes a talents career goals and guides them on that path. (2). An Agent handles booking, and finding work for a talent or they are constantly promoting them by way of mouth, networks, shows, model shoot, private parties, exotic dancing, as well as adult Promos or screening for live shoots. Some people try and do it all and wind up just spinning there heals and work is not being done. I decided that I would make my own choices and pave a way and I have. I have a Clothing Line called Zelante is Italian for Fire and Ice. I have been offered a chance to partake in a HBO/ Showtime reality series dealing with the life of an Adult Performer. One of my role models is Venessa Delrio, she was a trail blazer in the industry and I plan to do the same be the best that I can be in this industry. You know right now I see a lot of new talent come in the industry but they are not looking at the long money only the short money ( pay me I fuck, suck) then there out. Then there's the gap between the young and old guard within our industry there is not enough aspect of mentorship, showing the younger people coming in how to keep their brand and market themselves accordingly.

Mainstream takes a lot of it funds to market who they consider potential star attractions, were the smaller industries lack in resources there for the little  guy has to be that much harder we need more networking on our own.
